We have been using M&K Heating and Cooling Services for going on eight years now. This last time they came out to do a maintenance check on our furnace. I absolutely love the tech who comes out - Mike - and we have actually come to think of him and the others that we have worked with from the office as part of the family over the years. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about any of them or the work that they do. They are very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. There are actually not enough adjectives to describe how personable they are and how positively they deal with their business. It has been the absolute best overall experience, and we recommend them often. I recommended them to our neighbor across the street, and they purchased a furnace from them, and they use them periodically for maintenance checks as well.
