We had used M&K Heating and Cooling Services in the past on a rental property and recently purchased a home. We needed the two forced air heating systems checked before we moved in. The service technician that arrived was very friendly, really knowledgeable, and experienced! He did a thorough inspection of the unit and let me know that one had had some work performed on it in the past but they both looked as though they were in good working order! This was great news and I am extremely happy with the service!
