Sometimes you hire people to come in and do work and they pretend they do it but they don't, or they mess up what you have and you need to call someone else. When you use M&K Heating and Cooling Services, you only have to have them one time and the work is done very well. I started working with them early last year and I intend to keep using their service. Their prices are reasonable, and I should know as a realtor. I signed a contract with them to come take care of heater and also to do the AC in the summer. They're dependable, that's for sure. I think that's the most important thing.
