Do you really think I`ll bring my business to you again?

So I had to have one of my systems replaced and you folks were recommended by my realtor. I paid you the $5000.00 plus you charged to replace and repair it. two and a half years later, guess what it doesn`t work, so I call you. You folks come out and charge me another $150.00 -$200.00 to repair it. you say it`s six months past your responsibility. In the two years since installation I was here four months making use of it.

I'm sorry you feel that we have not done our job to take care of your equipment. I researched your complaint and have found that it has been 3 years since we first came out and just shy of 3 years since we replaced your condenser. The price of the condenser replacement was only $2752, not the $5,000 that you claim and was replaced in December of 2014. We came back out when you were in town again in August of the next year to charge the system for the summer season as we can't properly charge it in the winter without taking the risk of damaging the compressor. We did not charge you for that. Unfortunately, air conditioning manufacturers do not warrant the labor associated with changing out a warranty part beyond the first 30 days. We warrant our labor for 1 year from the date of the installation as do most contractors in our area. I apologize that the technician did not confirm warranty status as the part was still under warranty. We will refund you the cost of the part.
