After my sister had been using M&K for a number of years, I finally was interested in calling for a needed service on our AC. Well I definitely wanted to sign up for the maintenance program because the technician was very good (polite, professional, and knew very much his job) and the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M&K for anyone needing AC/heating service.
