Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc. came out to fix my air handler and my air conditioning unit., They arrived on time, well prepared, and were very informative about the repairs that they need to do and why they needed to do them. My questions were fully answered and everything was explained to me. They helped me understand what they were doing and why they needed to do it. I have used Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc. in the past and I was sure to let the technicians that came out for this service call that their prior representatives' service was not at a level that I would give them a five and that this service call had certainly changed my mind about this company!
