When I called with questions about a ductless heating system Nick was very helpful and we set up an appointment for him to come out and give me an estimate. Unfortunately, just a few days later I was told that I could only use one of three company's that had been ok’d by our condo association. Nick was so kind and gracious when I called and explained my problem and that I had to cancel. I would recommend Nick to anyone who is seeking to install a ductless heating system.
