When we bought the house we found out that Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc. was the company that installed the furnace. This was the first time we used their services. When the furnace needed the annual inspection we gave them a call. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He actually arrived early. He was very polite and helpful. He was able to do the annual inspection and he took the time to explain features about the unit. He was very informative and courteous. He explained things and took the time to answer our questions. Their pricing was reasonable and the service was good so we will use Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc. again!
