Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc. is very thorough with their inspection of our heating and air conditioning unit. They came out this time to do the yearly maintenance and inspection.

The technician that arrived this time for the inspection let me know in advance that he was kinda slow but he was very thorough. He indeed was correct and he took his time to make sure everything was up to snuff. Three hours later he let me know that there were no issues that needed to be taken care of and all was well with my system! That is great news for me!

I highly recommend them and I do believe my neighbor has taken me up on that recommendation and uses them as well.

I have no complaints at all and will continue to use them.
