I had Specialty install a high end heat pump and new gas furnace. The entire experience was smooth and every interaction I had with them made me confident in their expertise and willingness to work hard for their customers. When I misunderstood a rebate issue and I complained to them, they quickly explained the issue and showed everything was in order, but then offered some compensation anyway. Offering to refund some money based on my mistake! (I declined) That's customer service!
