We needed to replace a 17 year old furnace and also wanted to pursue Central A/C in our home build in 1957. Needless to say, Eric (sales consultant), was extremely knowledgeable, timely, professional, and gave 4 different options and price points. He was always readily available with questions, and responded positively and quickly to any issues or concerns. ( Though I realize it is his job to make a sale, I never felt pressured that I was just a number. Rather I felt he was truly helping to analyze and consult and not just focus on the bottom dollar.) He was (and is) also a tremendous resource for a unified point of contact between administrative, managerial, and technical members of the company.

On our initial install, there were a couple of issues and a miscommunication, but management (Jake, Cory, George), stepped right in to make sure the issues were addressed in a timely fashion and they went above and beyond to remedy and improve upon the original install. SPH&C was also apologetic and clear that they intended to fix things from the very beginning and followed through on such.

Finally, I would personally like to thank and recommend our final installer Jacob (HVAC tech). His craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail is probably second-to-none in the industry. His custom sheet metal re-configuration, re-build, and sealing was positively noticeable within the first 24 hours. He was also very patient, thorough, and informative with my detail oriented Q&A.

We originally had 3 different companies and 3 different bids come in, but ultimately went with SPH&C and am thankful for everyone from a detailed consultation, sales, Installation and service recovery. All around amazing! And though I hope I don't need to call on them often, I'm looking forward to a long relationship with and referring friends and colleagues to Specialty Heating & Cooling.
