I was eight months pregnant and freezing in our house, and the problem was resolved plus I got a wonderful, comprehensive explanation of the work done and what we need to do to maintain our furnace in the future. Also, I am unfortunately blanking on the name of the amazing man who helped us, but he switched his schedule around to make sure we got heat, stat, and was just an incredibly kind, thorough person--a perfectionist who went above and beyond.
