installation needs some improvement
Strengths: everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly nice, professional and very responsive to questions.
Deficits: Unfortunately, I was the recipient of a few challenges with installation. I am hopeful with training this will improve. Unit was installed, within 10 days the unit died. It was due to wiring problems. I was told something came loose, but overheard the tech tell others that "the wiring was all screwed up." Fast forward another week, there was a water leak. Unfortunately, when they came out to repair and do the duct cleaning, they forgot to plug the pump back in. What I learned: don't have anything that could get wet and damaged within 20 ft of unit. If you call, they respond rather quickly. There is an electric plug on the unit and there should be something plugged in.
