I built this house twenty-six years ago, and I had Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc. install the system. We have been using them ever since then to keep our units up to date and to troubleshoot any possible issue. Whenever there's a problem I let them know and they come right and take care of it. The last time they were here it was to perform their semi-annual maintenance work. The last tech who came out was professional and friendly. He put on those booties over his shoes and did a fine job. I am happy with the service they provide me and I will continue using them.
