Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc. did a great job for me. This was my first time using their services. I found them on Google. Everything was seamless from start to finish. When I called to get a quote their staff was friendly, accommodating and their pricing was reasonable. When the technicians came out for the installation they were prompt, polite and professional. They were respectful of my home and courteous. They were very informative and gave me information about the new air conditioner and furnace they were installing. One of the technicians stayed later and gave some good maintenance tips too! When something did not go as previously planned they informed me before they did anything to get my approval. I really appreciated that. They were neat and tidy. They even put down drop cloths between the backdoor and the crawl space. Other companies haven't done that, so I appreciated that too. They were so knowledgeable, professional and courteous that I grilled some burgers for them. They were pleased, they said no one ever made them lunch before! I would absolutely recommend them!
