When I first had problems with my furnace I went to see SH&C. I had American Home Shield but I wanted more information before calling them. I didn't know it at the time but I was talking to the owner. He said he had a lunch appointment but could be at my house in about 2 hours. Who expects service like that? I had told him I had AHS. It didn't matter to him he just wanted to help. Sometime later I asked questions about my thermostat. It had about eleven different functions. He came over within an hour and taught my wife and I how to correctly use it.
Since then we have traded e-mails and he has no problem offering help when I need it. I'm now about 73 days without a working furnace. SH&C has been there for me. Not so AHS. These guys are great and their other reviews reflect the same level of service.
