Could not ask for a better service experience. Service technician was courteous, very careful to not track in dirt, and was very thorough when explaining what he had done after the work was complete. The furnace is in the attic and he even suggested a small inexpensive fix to what could be a real problem should any major work need to be done on the unit. Provided measurements for area that needs to have a plywood floor to make working on the unit easier. Very satisfied.
