Okay, so I'm riffing on Tony the Tiger's line. Tony, the tech who performed our springtime HVAC preventive maintenance, was thorough and careful and knew what he was doing. What I really appreciated was his ability to communicate. He shared what he was thinking as he planned the steps of his work and kept me informed of what he was doing and finding, and Tony left a clear documentation trail. (I love that!) We calmly discussed available services. There was no condescending aggressively sneaky fear-based sales pitch like what I experienced in the past with a different provider (a company I used and trusted for at least ten years before they changed their marketing tactics). Wow, I'm realizing now that Specialty Heating & Cooling had a difficult job to do in restoring my confidence in professionals. Please stay excellent, so I can remain your customer from now on.
