I called Specialty Heating & Cooling because I had a problem with my heating and AC unit. It had just gone out of warranty by maybe a couple weeks, but they came after hours on a weekend, got it all fixed and never charged me a thing. They were willing to honor the warranty even though it had technically just lapsed. I was really appreciative of that because it was very hot outside. They're very honest and in an age where service seems to be a dying word, these guys really honor and stand by their work.
