During a maintenance visit, a crack was found in our heat exchanger. Specialty was out the next day to replace the furnace. The work was professionally done. My only complaint is that, although they put booties over their shoes to walk on the carpet, they then wore the booties out into the dirty garage and then returned to the thermostat and left the white carpet with dirt marks that had to be cleaned.
