I can't honestly say everything was as smooth as one would have hoped but what truly matters is how well does your service provider stand behind their work when do not go as planned. I especially want to thank Robb ( one of their senior service technicians) for not giving up until he had found and resolved all the problems. It took some time and several returns but he stayed on it until we were "both" happy with the results. The company is truly focused on their customers and that came across with every member of the service and sales team that assisted us.
