I've had mixed experiences with Texas Security and Surveillance. I had their service at one house, then I moved and wanted to transfer the service to my new home. It took several weeks to get billing straightened out and get them to move the equipment over and that sort of thing. It was a slower process that I would have liked, so I thought it should have been more smooth to transition from one house to another. The customer service is fine now that we switched, though. They respond quickly to any questions I have. The pricing is better than what I was paying with my previous security company, so that's positive too.
