Ashley did a superb job in fitting me for a new set. She was patient and committed to getting the right fit, including having me return for a follow-up fitting when the shafts we had originally selected for 2 of the clubs were found to be out of stock. She also took time to explain the club-fitting process, such as how she narrowed down the range of shafts for me to try from the large number of options.
With regards to the Club Champion process, I would have liked to at least try the stock shafts supplied with each of the clubs I ultimately selected. CC mentioned that the variability in tolerances of stock shafts meant that they could not assure that the clubs supplied to me would mirror the results during the fitting process. While this may be true, I would have still liked to see the results. At a minimum, it may have put to rest any lingering doubts about whether it was worth the premium to pay for replacement shafts.
Notwithstanding this, I would recommend CC and especially Ashley.
