The water was not turned back on in my house before your technician left. I turned it on myself. How did he know "there are no more leaks"? I know that your technician turned the water main back on but failed to replace the cover making it hazardous to my elderly neighbors who walk their dogs. I, too, replaced that. I did not hesitate to pay your company for the services provided. Your technician was so pleasant, I did not hesitate to buy a membership, but now realize the service was not 100% and I'd be hesitant to use All Seasons for my HVAC needs because I'm not comfortable that I wouldn't be left with a mess to clean up or that I wouldn't even have to turn on my own new unit after you left.
Service is important to me, especially when I'm paying for it. I paid for licensed professional service. I could have called a well liked very qualified handyman in my park just as well. But I chose you because my neighbors use you. We do use the Next Door App here at Palm Desert Greens CC, I don't normally complain about any services, but I feel I should have checked with my neighbors first now.
The service was great right up until your tech was gone and I found these two ridiculous mistakes.
