I had a leaking kitchen faucet and decided to give a new plumbing company Mike Williams a chance to provide the repair service. First I paid $49.00 fee just for the tech to come out. He gave me a quote of $293.63 just to replace the stem. Which at the time I thought was too high but foolishly gave him the go ahead. Should have known something was up when he tried to sale me a new kitchen sink for well over $1000.00. They had to order a new stem and come back three days later to replace. The original Tech was busy so they sent out someone else to finish the job. The bill provided was $447.10 which included charges of $103.53 for the replacement stem. I complained about the cost of the stem which was eventually taken off the bill because the original Tech gave me the impression that this was included in the estimate. The work provided was okay but way overpriced. I tried them and learned an important lesson, never call them again. I definitely will not be recommending them to anyone. If money is no issue for you, use them!
