The Technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He fixed the problem of a leaking outdoor faucet with quality work. Of course once you call Mike Williams you are already committed to a $50 charge. Our expectation was that the replacement would be completed in about an hour for a charge of around $200. The bill was $479.79 to replace a faucet!! Not only will I never call them again, I will be warning others about Mike Williams' pricing. This charge is way out of line for less than an hour of actual work!
