This management company is a JOKE. They played with me badly! They told me I got the house Dec 23rd I got the check from my bank within 15 mins & sent over a picture signed my lease on Dec 27th and my move in date was for Jan 1st. Then the agent told me my appliances weren’t there but if I still wanted to move in I could. But I mean who would give up money with NO STOVE , NO MICROWAVE & NO refrigerator when it clearly says in the description of the house that the appliances would be in the property prior to my move in. Then my date changed to Jan 4th and then Jan 6th and then Jan 10th I went there with my realtor and still absolutely NOTHING in the property. I had to move in with family members because I gave up my old house thinking I would be moving in 324 n 54th street. I took off of work each day they said I could move and now I am still out of a house because I went there on Friday Jan 14 and still only the stove and microwave were present but they both were in boxes and not hooked up at all. And no REFRIGERATOR! At this point I’m tired of playing with this company and being taken for a joke when it comes down to my livelihood! I was told that it’s a BILLION DOLLAR company and that they have this “F YOU” demeanor because they are sooooo well off and have soooo many properties but I still said hey let me give them a shot but I see exactly what people were telling me about. And I understand about COVID and holidays but this is a business if the warehouse couldn’t deliver you be upfront and honest not string someone along for weeks. And the agent Joe wouldn’t even answer for my realtor at times he wanted to text mostly I for sure thought this company was a SCAM but others reassured me no scam just a idgaf attitude and now I’ve seen it for myself! If you cherish your time, money & self RUN FAR AWAY from this company!
