Please please read this review before you consider renting with this company.

If you value your belongings or your sanity, I highly urge you to reconsider renting with this management company. They will do everything they can to get you in the apartment, and then leave you out to dry when anything goes wrong. We have had plumbing issues in our apartment that have lead to floods of black water, and when I attempted to call the TCS emergency hotline, they assured me for over 5 hours that someone was on the way to fix the plumbing issue and clean up the mess. This service never came, and both me and my family waited until 2AM when we have work the next day. When we tried to follow up with them, they either took hours to respond, or didn't respond at all. I have had to try and contact multiple people throughout the company just to see if any of them would take the matter seriously. They didn't. Keep in mind this is the first ever service request I had put out after only a month of living here.

What makes matters even worse is the sheer amount of apathy TCS has for their tenants. You are just a paycheck to them, and any sort of request is met with lukewarm responses and false promises. If there are any maintenance requests you may have, no matter how big or small, you will need to allocate several days up to a week for them to even consider sending someone to fix it. The people rating this company five stars are clearly insiders and are not an accurate representation of the quality you will receive when you sign the lease. The apartments themselves are usually pretty nice and comfortable, but the structural integrity is way too feeble to inhabit any family or individual. TCS is fully aware of this, and has zero integrity when it comes to upkeeping the apartments and keeping them livable.

I want to reiterate that this is not a complaint about the apartment itself, but about the TCS Management team. I understand the pipes are old, and when places go uninhabited for long periods of time, problems arise. It's the attitude and responsiveness of TCS Management that made it clear they do not value their tenants, and while the apartment itself may be comfortable, please just understand that you will never be treated as a priority when living in one of these properties. If you do decide to rent with this company, renters insurance is an absolute must.
