. They still get one star from me. Find someone else to rent from, and find someone else to manage your property. You want to keep your tenants, and this company will run them off. The agent that rented the current property to me is incompetent, and clueless. Not only did she tell me the wrong amount to pay to move into my current place she also confirmed it after I asked her about that amount. And after making all three payments they wait until after I move in and sign the lease to notice a problem with my move in funds. And when I show them proof of her mistake they say I have to pay anyway. Their accountant hung up on me and when they responded to this review they only pretended to help so they could keep up appearances. Just go somewhere else where they actually know what they are doing. I suggest New Age Realty. Never had any problems with them.
