I live in a 100 yr old rental property, so things break/wear out. "Charles" and his "partner" were at my home promptly this AM when they said they would, replaced a light switch and replaced the dead bolt on the outside door. I've been worried that someone would be waiting in the dark hallway when I would come in at night, I'm 71 and the lack of safety and security really had me very afraid. Charles not only did very professional work but was very polite and respectful, AND let me watch his work and ask questions about what he was doing. He is definitely an asset to TCS.
