Horrible service and Communication
I Have been a landlord for 5 years now and have not dealt with TCS since 2002 when I rented from them. The way they treat their tenants is appalling. I was reminded of this once again this year as my mother was a tenant of theirs. No communication, no response, and basically ignoring the tenant and hoping they go away seems to be their defining strategy.
