I just wanted to take a minute to say how impressed I am with Christine Day and the TCS Management Team. Property Management can be a tough business. So often managers are caught in the middle of competing interests; property owners who want to ensure that their operating expenses aren't excessive and tenants who want to make sure that the property they are occupying is in tip-top shape. The best managers like Christine, are able to successfully navigate that tight rope, and operate in a manner that is fair and respectful of everyone's interests. They are a shining example of how everyone in this industry should do business.
