They charged me $700 for a job that took just over 2 hours, and required minimal parts. I was was leaving town the next day and needed the leaking pipe fixed, so I had to go with them. I also would have been charged a $60 service call fee if I didn't have them fix it. They do not consider time and material for what they charge, but they have fixed costs that are extremely inflated. Time and material for this project from other companies would have been about half this price. I did speak with other plumbing companies after, and showed them pictures of my situation and they confirmed I had been extremely over charged for this repair.
