The Garden Gnome

as well as totally different bedding plants were planted. I had asked for RED crepe myrtle trees BUT pink were planted. When storms came last year and blew the trees over they were not re-positioned (as promised) until late spring. They came to ""stake them"" and the very next morning the nylon straps they used just slipped down the tree --so still no support. The most recent border plants I purchased from them did not even planted a hole, they merely threw dirt over them. The next day we had rain and the plants merely fell over. I called but it was days before anyone called to even schedule and appointment. SOOOO if you want customer service. I would advise that you find a reliable landscape team.

Chip is a good sales person BUT the staff who ""delivers the product"" TOTALLY OPPOSITE. Chip told me I would get larger plants than were planted. I paid for red crepe myrtle trees only to receive pink. During the storms last year they tilted to the side so Garden Gnome promised to come reset the trees and the finally happened late spring. The day after they put the nylon tyes to anchor the tree, the tye slipped to the ground. I was told I would get yellow border plants BUT received small green plants that were NOT EVEN PLANTED in a hole; just dirt covered them. The day after they came we had rain and the plants merely fell over with roots exposed. I called to report this and they were to come by to plant them but it was some days before they even left a message on my phone. So if you want to get the product you paid for and appreciate good customer service i would suggest that you NOT USE GARDEN GNOME.

This review is on work that was done in July of 2017. Since then I have met with The homeowner, scheduled and completed additional work. She did not bring up any issues when we met and she hasn't contacted the office. This is the first that I'm hearing of any issues.
