Scheduled an appointment for estimate & suggestions for improving the overall appearance of my yard as we are listing the home FOR SALE in a week or so. Office called a day before to remind/reconfirm. Chip called to let us know that he would be 30 minutes late due to traffic and the previous appointment running long. Walked the yard as Chip asked questions and I stated what we wanted done. He worked up the estimate and the office called to schedule the work. They called to confirm date and time again and then arrived 90 minutes late on the day of the appointment. Did all of the contracted work, cleaned up after themselves, and repaired a sprinkler head that was accidentally damaged. Gave me a credit for materials that were not used and walked the project with me to ensure I was happy!! I WAS VERY HAPPY and even more importantly, so was my wife. Good value for $$ spent!!
