Not Too Happy With How My Yard Turned Out

I was just okay with the service I got from The Garden Gnome. They ripped up my old landscaping and put in new landscaping. They planted a whole bunch of baby plants of which about 20% have died. I was under the impression they would put in bigger plants instead of babies. The service was good and the people were friendly, I just wasn't too happy with how my yard turned out.

We installed this landscape in August of 2015. We inform our customers of the gallon size of the plants to be installed. I explain how large or small the plants will grow and how much maintenance that they will require.
