I would give Priority Carpet and Tile Cleaning a 5 in customer service. The one thing I wish he had done better was that he didn't mop up the water on the stone afterward. I just wish it'd been done a little more thoroughly. I liked him. He was nice and pleasant and he did a good job with the carpets and upholstery on the sofa. The stone came out nicely. I would hire him again. He did a really good job on the carpet itself.
