I have hired movers from SML three times over the last year and received high performance from most of the movers. In fact, I had excellent movers who were highly trained, worked well with their partner mover, and worked efficiently for two of the moves. The third time I used SML, the movers were not trained as well and as a result, it took them longer than expected. They also did not tie down any furniture and left that up to us. I would use SML again, but ensure that the movers were trained prior to signing a contract. Training is a must!
