I used this company to move in April.2021. We paid full Service. They broke my computer monitor, scratched my expensive leather couch, and broke my beautiful wall poster. I filled a claim. It's been a year going to two now and no response. Their damage claim dept will not pick calls. I have left various messages and written various emails to no response.
Also, when we arrived at destination on move day, the truck sat on driveway for four hours past the given offloading time. They did not have anybody onsite to offload. They started calling people around when we were roasting on the Texan heat outside.
This is such a deplorable company. I would not recommend it to anyone.
