I was VERY happy with the workers that came to load my POD- they were professional, on time, and everything stayed in its place during transport!!!
I was also pleased with the pricing and the level of communication.
The only thing that makes me give it a 9 instead of a 10, is that I did have some confusion about which company I was actually dealing with since jobs are contracted out. For example, I called Hire A Helper, who then got me in touch with SML, who then contracted out to the company that the men work for that did the job. Everything ended up great, I just think explaining how the contracting out process works would spare future customers any confusion.
