SML was not only an hour late but knowing to were going to be going on a military base they forgot there Insurance paperwork and so we had to give them a ride and check them in. While they were getting checked in they started there time so we actual on have them for about an hour and fifteen minutes or so. SML hire workers that do not know what they are doing. I even had customers service, while trying to submit a claim tell me that it is our responsibility to make sure the movers are experienced movers. SML is highly NOT recommended to come move your belongings.
