Penske recommended Simple Moving Labor to help us unload from our Penske truck into a storage unit in New Hampshire. I contacted them and received a contract with HireAHelper (thru Simple Moving Labor) on 3/17/22 for a 5/14/22 unload date....3 guys for 2 hours, extra $100 for a piano, for a total of $516.70. Today on May 3rd I received a phone call from HireAHelper informing me that the only crew available to unload our possessions, which includes a piano, would cost us not $516 but over $1100. I canceled their service. Don't get taken in by this bait & switch company.
