The part of the job involving moving us out of Chicago was good, but there was a bit of a snafu in Boston. We had it scheduled for Saturday afternoon, and they didn't keep us updated. We had to keep calling them even after the window of expected time passed to find out that no crew was available on Saturday. So, it got done on Sunday. Overall, the movers were pretty good and pretty consistent. I'd use SML - Simple Moving Labor again. But they could have been more proactive with their communication.
