SML - Simple Moving Labor

We were very happy with the movers from SML - Simple Moving Labor. They had good communication skills and really helped us get ready for the cross-country move. On the other hand, whoever I dealt with on the phone was less than helpful. He was actually quite pushy and rude. This occurred after I hired the company for the job and was coordinating the time schedule. He gave us quite a hard time about how long his guys could work in a day because it was too hot. Unfortunately, we didn't have any other options because of the cross-country nature of the move. It made things difficult to have to put up with the administrative staff at SML - Simple Moving Labor, but the movers were great and got the job done.
