I had two different crews from SML - Simple Moving Labor, one that did the packing up, and another that did the unloading. I just had surgery so I couldn't do any of the packing and paid them to do it all. In the process, they completely scuffed up my furniture. They also bumped into everything they could when they were unloading, breaking even more wood. It took a lot of self-control not to lose my temper. When they left, they knew I wasn't happy. I should have been charged zero for this move. Thank goodness my Peloton didn't get messed up. No wonder they put blankets over everything, so I couldn't see all the scratches. I literally paid for my stuff to get banged up. I shouldn't have been charged one cent. The guy who did the unloading brought his teenage kids to help. They didn't know what they were doing and banged around my very expensive Tempurpedic mattress. That thing wasn't cheap and I gritted my teeth watching them mash it around. I would never recommend SML - Simple Moving Labor.
