i requested for and paid for 2 movers to load my truck but on the day of the move only one showed up and he was an hour late. i ended having to help the mover. I called SML immediately after. They said they could only compensate me “75.00”. I paid a 300.00 for 2 people. They said they had to put in a request for a manager review. No call back after 3 days. I called to check and they said a manager called and left a vmail. Nothing but lies.
