We had to reschedule our move from Cincinnati to Manhattan at the last minute (which was very stressful). I called the service/support line several times to discuss the matter and see what could be done. The staff was amazing - they were patient and kind and worked to find a new crew that met our revised timing and allowed us to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee. Your company is awesome!
