Load was not the best, unload was awesome
My first experience with your company did not go so well in North Carolina
with the loading of my POD due to broken items and unprofessionalism, but I decided to give the company another chance. The unload of the POD in California was awesome! The team came, unloaded professionally and was done in an hour. SML does third party assignments for the jobs, but we as consumes just need to make sure we complain and give feedback so they can hire quality movers. I would recommend the California team to help others.
