For my move back to California, I hired SML - Simple Moving Labor. They called the day before to confirm. When they were on their way, they called to let me know they were running a few minutes behind. Three guys originally showed up, but then one left, probably the boss, and the remaining two guys did an excellent job. I have some pretty heavy stuff and was impressed with their ability to lift everything. They weren't really big guys but they had special belts wrapped around their waists that helped them lift stuff. I was impressed. My TV stand is particularly heavy and they moved it onto the truck easily. They did a very good job loading up all the furniture and boxes into the truck. That's their job and they clearly know what they're doing. Five stars for SML - Simple Moving Labor.
