I needed some help to move two large sofas and two matching upholstered chairs and a washer and dryer through small doorways. I had already removed the front and back doors by the time they arrived, so they move went quickly. They didn’t bring an appliance dolly, but I had my own. They decided not to use the dolly, but to carry the washer and dryer onto the basement, and they had to lift them over a bracket for the back screen door. Things went smoothly. They had actually arrived several hours later than the appointment because they ran late on an earlier move that day. I was notified by phone of the new arrival time, and it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely use SML again.
